Professional Web Application

The vitalera web application is a browser-based platform designed for healthcare professionals to manage patients, monitor health data, and coordinate care remotely.

Access​

The web application is deployed per organization. Access it at your organization's configured URL or through the central dashboard at app.vitalera.io.

Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest two major versions).

Key Features​

Patient Management​

  • View and search patient lists within your organization
  • Access patient profiles with demographics, active plans, and observation history
  • Register new patients and assign care plans

Real-Time Monitoring​

  • Live dashboard showing patient vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2, temperature, weight, glucose)
  • Alarm notifications when patient values exceed configured thresholds
  • Historical trend charts for all observation types

Care Plan Administration​

  • Create and manage care plans with scheduled activities
  • Assign questionnaires, medication reminders, and measurement tasks
  • Monitor patient adherence and completion rates

Questionnaire Management​

  • View questionnaire responses as they are submitted
  • Access scored results for validated instruments (PHQ-9, EQ-5D, etc.)
  • Export response data for analysis

Communication​
