Professional Web App​

The professional web app is a browser-based dashboard designed for clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators. It is built with Flutter Web and accessed via your organization's configured URL.

Patient Mobile Apps​

The patient mobile apps (Android and iOS) are built with Flutter and allow patients to take their own health measurements, complete questionnaires, and stay connected with their care team.

  • Device connectivity -- Connect to BLE medical devices (blood pressure monitors, oximeters, thermometers, scales, glucometers, and more) and take measurements.
  • Health dashboard -- View personal vital sign history and trends.
  • Questionnaires -- Complete clinician-assigned questionnaires and surveys.
  • Notifications -- Receive reminders for scheduled activities and measurements.
  • Video calls -- Join video consultations initiated by the care team.
